About Melanie

A proud UCF Knight, committed Christian, and Master of Nonprofit Management, Ms. Guin's expertise is coveted by those seeking a knowledgeable and trustworthy nonprofit consultant. Experienced in all aspects of nonprofit administration and mission focused management- including regulatory compliance at the local, state, and federal levels, grant writing, accounting, and IRS tax law compliance for both public charities and private foundations. Throughout her career, Melanie has provided nonprofits of all sizes and scopes with strategic management consulting assistance. She's also assisted charities, churches, and other organizations with compliance maintenance in all 50 states. She now gives back to her community by delivering affordable, mission-centered services through Swift Philanthropy.
Beyond Swift Philanthropy, Ms. Guin has served as the Compliance Officer for Orlando's beloved Baby DJ, Inc. for more than a decade and as the Executive Director of All For The Kids Foundation since 2017.
